A step up from Beavers
A Cub Scout Pack can have up to 36 Cub Scouts and is split into smaller groups called Sixes. Cubs take part in a wide range of activities designed to be interesting and challenging. A Cub Scout meeting consists of games and activities with plenty of time spent outdoors. Camps and holidays are some of the most memorable events of the year for Cubs.
Meetings
Cubs will meet at 6:30 - 8pm each Monday and Thursday afterschool throughout the school term
Why Join Cubs?
Cubs is the perfect jump up for your children who are growing out of the Beavers group. Elevating to the next step is a great opportunity to keep your kids active and learning in a nice environment, picking up practical skills that will stay with them for life. Cubs differs from Beavers as it increases the variety of badges you can earn and offers more challenging tasks including pitching a tent, biverwack making, advanced orienteering, big sea swimming and much much more!
